We’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll be the first voice our clients hear — delivering first-rate service, scheduling appointments, and helping ensure smooth daily operations.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Deliver excellent customer service on every call
Schedule service and sales appointments
Offer additional services and products to meet call center goals
Make outbound calls to fill the schedule and retain customers
Maintain accurate customer records
Partner with dispatch and technicians for timely service
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

💡 What You Bring

2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
High school diploma or GED

Compensation: $14.70 - $24.00 per hour
